Conduct competitor research, keyword analysis, and audience segmentation.
Determine budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
Campaign Execution
Build and launch campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
Configure campaign structures, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative variations.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad copy and assets.
Optimization & Performance Management
Continuously monitor performance and adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creativity to improve KPIs.
Run A/B tests to optimize messaging, audiences, and landing pages.
Implement tracking and attribution best practices.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and BI tools to analyze data.
Communicate actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Coordinate with sales or revenue teams for lead quality and funnel improvements.
Qualifications
Required
2-4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns.
Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, retargeting, and programmatic advertising.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional platform.
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
Ability to interpret data and transform insights into optimizations.
Excellent communication and project-management skills.
Preferred
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.
Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Familiarity with landing page optimization tools (Unbounce, Webflow, Optimizely).
Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or performance marketing.
