Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter), Pinterest, etc.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and prepare detailed performance reports.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
Develop and test ad creatives (in coordination with design & copywriting teams).
Manage budgets and pacing to ensure optimal spend and ROI.
A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, new platform features, and algorithm updates.
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, analytics, design) to align paid efforts with overall marketing strategy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
Strong understanding of PPC performance metrics, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
Familiar with tools like Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, etc.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
