Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Strategize and implement
sales-driven campaigns
focused on lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
Develop ad creatives, copy, and campaign structures aligned with sales objectives.
Optimize campaigns for
CPL (Cost per Lead), ROI, and ROAS
.
Monitor daily performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality, nurturing, and conversion optimization.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve sales outcomes.
Stay updated with industry trends, paid media tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing
paid media campaigns
across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of
sales funnels, lead generation, and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.
Ability to create high-performing ad copy, creatives, and sales-driven campaign strategies.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
