Team Alignment

10+ years of proven success running ROI-focused PPC campaigns across
Meta Ads

Strong track record in
lead generation
for high-value or luxury sectors (not ecommerce).
Advanced knowledge of
tracking, attribution, dashboards, and analytics platforms

Experience in
A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and UX/UI insights
that drive conversions from affluent audiences.
Ability to
develop long-term paid media strategies
and execute with speed and precision.
A performance-first mindset--data-driven, proactive, and always pushing for better results.
Confidence in managing weekly and monthly cadence, monitoring daily performance, and making fast, informed decisions.
Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
