Artificial Intelligence & Tech Productivity
sector.
Our offer addresses a massive market need: helping creative professionals and freelancers adopt AI tools to automate their workflows and stay competitive. We have a validated funnel and a proven product; we need an expert to build a predictable traffic engine that fuels our sales team.

The Role:
You will take ownership of our paid acquisition ecosystem. We are not looking for someone to just "boost posts." We need a strategist who understands how to use
YouTube (Google Ads)
to capture high-intent search traffic and
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
to capture broad interest and retargeting traffic.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Channel Strategy:
Develop a unified strategy where the two platforms feed each other data, optimizing for the lowest blended Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Meta Ads:
Manage sophisticated campaigns targeting freelancers and agencies. You must be skilled in using "long-form copy" ads and video ads to pre-qualify leads.
YouTube Ads:
Manage In-Stream video campaigns. You must know how to build audiences based on specific search terms and competitor URLs.
Creative Feedback Loop:
You will analyze which creative angles are working and provide specific briefs for new video assets. You need to understand the "psychology of upskilling."
Data Integrity:
Audit and maintain Pixel/CAPI/GTM setups to ensure we have a "single source of truth" for our data.
Reporting:
Weekly updates on key metrics (Lead Cost, ROAS, Spend) with a clear roadmap for the week ahead.
Requirements:
3+ Years Experience:
Proven experience managing paid media budgets on Meta and Google.
Info-Product Expertise:
You MUST have experience scaling
Online Courses, Coaching, or Digital Products.
You need to understand the difference between selling a widget and selling a transformation.
YouTube Proficiency:
You are an expert in YouTube In-Stream ads (skippable video).
AI/Tech Savvy:
You are familiar with the generative AI landscape (ChatGPT, Midjourney, No-Code) and can speak the language of a tech-forward audience.
Analytical:
You are comfortable using data to disprove your own assumptions. You follow the numbers, not the trends.
