Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation for various campaigns. Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results. Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns stay within budget limits while delivering desired outcomes. Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to produce creative assets and track performance. Prepare detailed performance reports and share insights with stakeholders. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages. Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience in running paid digital campaigns. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, etc. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Strong communication skills. Certification in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
