Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
Execute all campaigns

, ensuring optimal performance and maximum ROI.
Conduct
A/B testing
for audiences, creatives and placements.
Monitor, analyze and fix
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Manage full-funnel strategies including
top-of-funnel prospecting
and remarketing/retargeting.
Optimize campaigns based on real-time performance metrics (ROAS, MER, CTR, CPC etc.).
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for ad creatives, copies and campaign strategy.
Prepare regular reports on performance, insights and future recommendations.
Implement audience segmentation and leverage data-driven strategies to scale budgets effectively.
Maintain strong understanding of paid media trends, platform updates and advanced targeting methods.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Paid Media Buyer, Performance Marketer or similar role.
Strong understanding of paid advertising across Meta, Google and other platforms.
Experience in performance optimization, retargeting campaigns, and funnel-based strategies.
Ability to independently manage budgets and scale campaigns.
Hands-on expertise in analytics tools and ad dashboards.
Prior experience in
D2C or E-commerce advertising
is a big plus.
Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
