Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Bing
.
Focus on achieving performance metrics such as
ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
.
Conduct
keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
to uncover opportunities.
Write engaging
ad copies
and coordinate with designers for effective creatives and landing pages.
Perform
A/B testing
to improve campaign outcomes.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports for internal teams and clients.
Manage campaign budgets to maximize returns.
Stay updated with the latest platform updates, tools, and trends.
Requirements
1.5 to 2+ years of proven experience
in paid media/PPC campaign management.
Proficiency in:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads
(preferred)
Google Analytics & Tag Manager
Good knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
for reporting and analysis.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English
(written & spoken), with experience in client communication preferred.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
Understanding of
SEO basics
