Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
Collaborate with the design and content team to create effective ad creatives and copies.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest paid media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage A/B testing of ads and landing pages.
Track and report KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in paid media or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills.
Good communication and time management skills.
Google Ads or Meta certifications (preferred, not mandatory).
