Paid Media Executive - Google & Meta Ads
Experience:
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Executive with 2-3 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media strategy, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI. This role requires accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to maximize client budgets effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (LinkedIn Ads knowledge will be an advantage).
Conduct keyword research, manage keyword lists, and maintain negative keyword lists.
Optimize bidding strategies by keyword, placement, device, location, and audience segment.
Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools, and platform updates for Google and Meta.
Support senior team members with campaign adjustments and strategy implementation.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Conduct audience and persona research to enhance targeting and campaign results.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2-3 years' proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (LinkedIn Ads a plus).
Proficiency in PPC and keyword research tools, and campaign management platforms.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
