Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Paid Media Marketer

with 3-4 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns across

Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads

, and other digital ad platforms. You will work closely with our strategy and content teams to execute high-converting paid campaigns that generate measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage & optimize paid media campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Social)
Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust based on analytics & KPIs
Create audience targeting strategies, retargeting funnels, and A/B testing plans
Maximize conversions, lead quality, ROAS, and customer acquisition
Develop performance reports and insights using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends
Collaborate with creative and copy teams to deliver engaging ad assets

Requirements

3-4 years of experience in paid media marketing
Proven track record managing successful campaigns on

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Sheets, Data Studio, etc.)
Familiarity with ad platforms like LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and programmatic (a plus)
Ability to manage budgets across multiple campaigns and clients

Nice to Have

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B lead generation
Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Hotjar, Zapier, etc.
