Position Overview

As a

Paid Media Analyst

you will be leveraging the capabilities of various platforms, to

analyze

and

optimize

paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, like

social media

,

search engines

, and

display networks

, by generating insights, creating ad copy, and identifying potential areas for improvement based on campaign data, all while streamlining the analysis process..

Key Responsibilities



Campaign Management

: Campaign planning strategy, execution, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to generate leads and enquiries for the Service business.

Campaign format

- Google Search Ads, Performance max Campaign, GMB Campaign and Facebook and Instagram Lead generation campaigns

Strategy Development

: Develop innovative and data-driven advertising strategies to generate qualified leads with minimum CPL

Ad Copy and Creative

: creative mindset on building effective ad copies for Google ads and Facebook Ad campaigns

Budget Management

: Efficiently manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and performance tracking.

Keyword Research

: Competitors keyword research, targeted keyword research and Negative keyword research

Audience Targeting:

Depth knowledge strategy to target the right and relevant audience on the keyword front in the Google and Facebook Interest and behavior-based targeting.

Conversion tracking setup

- GTM, Google Analytics, and third-party tracking must

Analytics and Reporting

: Monitor, analyze, and report on ad campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics, Google Campaign Ad Campaign Performance and Facebook Insights. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

A/B Testing

: Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting.

Campaign optimisation

: Optimized in order to reduce CPL and maximize lead conversion with lower CPC

Requirements



Minimum 3-4 years of experience as

Paid Media Analyst

. Proficiency in

Google

and

FB Ads

Campaign Management. Must have expertise in

Google Analytics

and

Conversion Tracking

. Must have experience in

Reporting

and

Automation tools.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Strategic approach, positive mindset and eager-to-learn attitude.

Qualifications



A bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics. Experience with various paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
