Ensure best practices are maintained across all paid channels Serve as the main point of contact for everything related to Paid Marketing and its operations Fully assessing and understanding business objectives and translating those goals into a PPC strategy, action plan and lead generation Developing, executing, optimizing and scaling targeted digital paid campaigns from conception to launch and consistent lead generation. Conducting in-depth keyword research, website and competitive analysis, ad grouping, Writing Ads and audience targeting Undertaking smart buying decisions to ensure maximum effect for a given online budget spend - Budgeting and bid management. In-depth secondary / tertiary account updates (ie. RLSA, extensions, shared libraries, placements, etc. Communicate and co-ordinate cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization Act as a reliable training resource to other team members, as and when required. Run successful campaigns across Google Adwords, social media platforms, Bing Ads and gradually, may be, on LinkedIn too. Measure and report on the performance of each paid campaign, share insights and recommendations, assess against goals and take required action to achieve set goals. Focus on growth hacking with an objective to explode leads for each business department within the organization. Working and brainstorming with concerned stakeholders (technology, sales, delivery, client support, etc.) to identify customers needs and address them in our advertising approach to generate better ROI on paid campaigns. Major metrics for this role: Leads, Cost per Lead, Conversion Rate, CPC, CTR, Quality Score, overall ROI.
