Paid Marketing Specialist

to join our growing team and lead our online advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on

Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads)

. Conduct

keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management

to maximize ROI. Monitor campaign performance using

Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools

. Run

A/B testing

for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. Manage campaign budgets, track spends, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Stay updated on

latest PPC trends and platform updates

to improve campaign efficiency.

Requirements

2-3 years of

hands-on experience

in Paid Marketing / PPC management. Strong knowledge of

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager

, and campaign optimization techniques. Familiarity with

SEO, analytics tools, and conversion tracking

is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Certification in

Google Ads / Meta Ads

will be an added advantage.
