We are looking for a results-driven Paid Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our IT services. The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving brand visibility, and achieving ROI goals across multiple paid channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign performance.
Optimize ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for lead generation and conversions.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI).
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
A/B test campaigns to identify the best-performing strategies.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of ad spend.
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and IT industry dynamics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in paid marketing for IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent understanding of lead generation funnels and B2B marketing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with remarketing and account-based marketing (ABM).
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
