Job Description

Role Summary:


Responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:



Campaign Management:

Plan, launch, and manage PPC, social media, display, and other paid campaigns.

Strategy & Planning:

Develop data-driven strategies, conduct keyword/audience research, and set campaign goals.

Budget Management:

Allocate and manage ad spend across platforms to meet performance targets.

Ad Creation:

Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI) using tools

A/B Testing:

Continuously test elements (headlines, creatives, audiences) to improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Strong analytical skills & experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics). Excellent understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and conversion optimization. Creative & strategic thinking. Strong communication (written/verbal) & collaboration skills.

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc..

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,778.49 - ₹45,347.03 per month

Work Location: In person
