1. Conduct calls to GMoney customers to guide them through the review process, ensuring they understand how to leave feedback on Google
2. Address any questions or concerns customers may have regarding the review process, ensuring a positive experience.
3. Work closely with the marketing and customer experience teams to align review strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
