Job Opening: Paid Internship Opportunity for Human Resource

Location: Andheri East (On Site)

Duration: 04 To 06 Months

Qualification: MBA/BBA students OR recent graduates

Role Overview:

We are offering a paid internship opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and Reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by screening the resumes, posting job vacancies on various portals, conducting Interviews, coordinating with the hiring managers for Requirements
Coordinating with Vendors for hiring and admin related activities
Handling the Onboarding process, Induction and joining formalities of the new joiners
Handling end to end Documentation, including offer letters and increment letters.
Organized orientations, events, R&R and activities for employees to deliver objectives of organization.
Built relationships with external recruitment agencies to source short- and long-term staff for roles across organizations.
Creating Employee reports and all kinds of MIS.
Managing employee Mediclaim and PF related queries.
Assisting in HR tools (Spine)
Handling employee engagement activities
Handling Exit formalities.
Handling the Onboarding process, Induction and joining formalities of the new joiners
Handling end to end Documentation, including offer letters and increment letters.
Organized orientations, events, R&R and activities for employees to deliver objectives of organization.
Built relationships with external recruitment agencies to source short- and long-term staff for roles across organizations.
Creating Employee reports and all kinds of MIS.
