Role Overview

We're looking for ambitious and self-driven individuals to join us as

Business Development Interns

in our sales and career guidance team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in EdTech sales and counselling. You'll support students and professionals in making confident career choices, while developing valuable skills that will lay the foundation for your own career in sales and career guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and promote our suite of tech programs Counsel prospective learners based on academic background, interests, and career goals Conduct phone and in-person counselling sessions to guide learners toward suitable programs Manage the complete sales funnel from inquiry to enrollment Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email for conversions Maintain accurate records using CRM tools Collaborate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of learners Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

Graduates:

B.Sc. CS, MBA, or B. Tech (any stream)

Strong communication skills in

Malayalam and English

High energy, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative Interest in

education and career counselling

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust Freshers welcome -

no prior experience required

Training Stipend (3 months):
