Type: Internship (Full-time Paid with potential for full time employment following internship)

Paid internship -- ?7,000-?10,000 INR per month, depending on experience and animation proficiency. If hired full time after internship compensation will increase substantially.

This is a remote position based in India. Outstanding interns may be considered for full-time employment after the internship period.

About the Role

Caveman Productions is seeking a Paid Animator Intern to join our production team for the Uggalot animated series.

This position is ideal for animators looking to gain hands-on studio experience in Rigging, 2D animation, storyboarding, and character motion while building their portfolio in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

Create animation sequences consistent with the show's visual style and direction Assist with keyframe animation, scene composition, and timing Collaborate with our creative director and lead animator to refine shots Implement feedback and deliver on schedule Help with additional production tasks related to the animation pipeline

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Animate (preferred)
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with Adobe After Effects for compositing or motion graphics Awareness of 2D workflows (optional)

Qualifications:

Current student or recent graduate in Animation, Art, Media Production, or related field Proficiency in animation software (e.g., Toon Boom Harmony, Blender, After Effects, or Adobe Animate) Basic understanding of timing, poses, and motion principles Strong communication skills and reliability with meeting deadlines Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and grow in a production environment

Motion graphics or storyboarding experience Experience with lip-sync or character animation Familiarity with collaborative cloud tools (e.g., Clickup, Google Drive, WhatsApp)
