Paid Advertising Specialist

to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media strategies, analytics, and ROI-driven campaigns. This role is perfect for professionals who are results-oriented and want to make a direct impact on the company's digital marketing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for maximum ROI. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives. Prepare reports and provide insights to drive strategy improvements. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience (2 to 5 years) in managing paid advertising campaigns. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and conversion tracking. Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and optimization skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams. Results-driven mindset with attention to detail. Immediate joiner preferred.
