Job Description

As a Paid Advertising Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid advertising campaigns across various international markets. You will leverage your expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive global brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with global marketing objectives. Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis for each target market. Optimize ad targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative to maximize ROI across different regions. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to ensure seamless integration of paid advertising efforts. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in international paid advertising. Manage and mentor a team of paid advertising specialists (if applicable).

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum 5 years of experience in paid advertising, with a strong focus on global campaigns. Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple markets. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Expertise in cross-border targeting, language localization, and cultural nuances. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from various sources. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in using relevant tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Fluency in English and at least one additional language (preferred). Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with programmatic advertising and display advertising. Knowledge of data management platforms (DMPs) and customer data platforms (CDPs). Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
