Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute effective paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and create detailed customer personas to improve ad targeting.
Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Campaign Management
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
Manage ad budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure maximum ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve performance.
3. Performance Tracking and Optimization
Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven decisions to enhance results.
Continuously refine campaigns to improve conversions and reduce costs.
Stay updated on algorithm changes and platform updates to adapt strategies accordingly.
4. Keyword and Audience Research
Conduct keyword research for search campaigns to target high-intent users.
Develop audience segmentation strategies for precise targeting in display and social campaigns.
5. Ad Creative Development
Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Write compelling ad copy that aligns with the brand voice and appeals to the target audience.
6. Reporting and Analysis
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Track and analyze customer behavior through tools like Google Analytics and conversion tracking.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
3+ years of experience managing PPC and paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proven track record of driving successful paid ad campaigns with measurable results.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other PPC platforms.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
Strong knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization.
