Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven
Paid Ads Specialist
to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a
strong focus on lead generation
. The role requires hands-on experience (or interest) in
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
and
Google Ads
, as well as the ability to build and execute performance strategies that convert.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads
Design and implement strategies to drive
targeted lead generation
Monitor ad performance metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and optimize for best results
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages
Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives
Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
Keep up-to-date with advertising trends, platform changes, and industry best practices
Requirements:
Hands-on experience or solid understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads platforms
Strong interest in digital performance marketing and lead generation strategies
Basic knowledge of audience targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies
Ability to analyze data and make real-time optimizations
Strong communication and coordination skills
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
Previous internship or freelancing experience in running paid ads is preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Not mandatory if you have hands-on skills or project experience)
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and funnel strategies
Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
Strong interest in data-driven advertising and performance campaigns
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not required)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet lead targets
