Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist (Facebook & Meta Ads)

Ezio is looking for a results-driven paid ads specialist to manage and optimize our paid campaigns, especially on Facebook and Meta platforms, to drive conversions and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across

Facebook, Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, and other social media platforms

. Develop ad strategies targeting specific audiences based on interests, behaviors, and demographics. Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and implement improvements. Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to optimize campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad visuals and copy that align with brand guidelines. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in

Facebook/Meta advertising

. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while achieving business goals. Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing

Facebook and Meta Ads campaigns

with measurable results. Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and analytics tools. Knowledge of other paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
