Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies for Google Ads and Meta that align with overall marketing and business goals, with a specific focus on
lead generation and e-commerce growth.
Campaign Management:
End-to-end management of paid campaigns, including:
Google Ads:
Manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and bid management.
Meta Ads:
Create and manage campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, leveraging advanced targeting options such as custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
Ad Creative & Copy:
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience.
Optimization:
Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve key metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
A/B Testing:
Conduct systematic A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify winning strategies.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular, data-driven reports on campaign performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and analyze performance.
Budget Management:
Effectively manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns stay within defined financial constraints.
Industry Expertise:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes on Google and Meta platforms. Proactively introduce new ideas and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience
managing paid advertising campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta.
Proven expertise in managing accounts for
international clients
, demonstrating an understanding of global market dynamics and localization.
Deep knowledge of both
lead generation and e-commerce business models
, with a track record of driving success in both areas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Candidates based in Delhi are preferred.
Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
Experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus.
