We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-driven
Paid Ads Specialist
to lead and scale our Google Ads initiatives. This role requires a minimum of
3 years of dedicated experience
managing high-budget campaigns, with a proven track record in either
E-commerce or Lead Generation businesses
. A significant part of this role will involve managing advertising strategies for our diverse
international clientele
. We are strongly prioritizing candidates based in
Delhi
or the NCR region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight:
Develop and execute advanced, full-funnel paid advertising strategies across all Google Ads networks (Search, Shopping, Display, Video, PMax) to meet ambitious performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CPL, Revenue).
Business Specialization:
Demonstrate expertise in scaling campaigns for either:
E-commerce:
Deep knowledge of Google Shopping optimization, product feed management, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Lead Generation:
Proven success in minimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improving lead quality for B2B or service-based businesses.
International Client Management:
Take full ownership of paid media strategies for a portfolio of
international clients
, understanding nuances in different global markets, time zones, and reporting requirements.
Optimization & Analysis:
Conduct rigorous testing (A/B testing, incrementality testing) on bidding strategies, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. Use advanced segmentation and attribution models to uncover optimization opportunities.
Technical Setup:
Ensure flawless conversion tracking setup using
Google Tag Manager
and
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
, ensuring data integrity across all campaigns.
Budget & Forecasting:
Manage significant advertising budgets, provide accurate performance forecasting, and proactively recommend budget shifts based on real-time data analysis.
Reporting & Communication:
Deliver clear, strategic performance reports and present actionable insights directly to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating complex data in simple business terms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years
of verifiable, hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Client/Agency Experience:
Proven experience in managing campaigns for multiple clients or brands, especially those located internationally.
Business Model Expertise:
Demonstrated success in driving measurable results in either
E-commerce or High-Volume Lead Generation
.
Platform Proficiency:
Expert-level mastery of the Google Ads platform and associated tools (Google Editor, Merchant Center, GA4).
Location Preference:
Candidates residing in
Delhi
or the NCR region are strongly preferred.
Analytical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in data analysis, pivot tables, and using data visualization tools to inform strategy.
Communication:
Exceptional client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal, for managing international stakeholders.
