Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Paid Ads Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing various paid advertising campaigns, including All type of Google Ads, Amazon Shopping Ads, and Meta Ads. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management:

Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video ads. Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copies, and optimize campaigns for performance.

Amazon Shopping Ads:

Manage and optimize Amazon Shopping Ads to drive sales and maximize ROI. Stay updated on Amazon advertising trends and implement best practices.

Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram):

Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. Develop creative ad copies and visuals to engage target audiences.

Campaign Optimization:

Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve ad performance. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. Expertise in Google Ads, Amazon Shopping Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding campaign objectives and ROI targets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Excellent communication and project management skills.
