The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in paid media strategy, campaign execution, tracking, optimization, and reporting to meet monthly ROI and lead targets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize
LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
campaigns
Create and manage full-funnel paid marketing strategies to drive qualified leads & conversions
Build targeted audiences and custom segments across platforms
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and landing pages
Track and measure campaign performance (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC)
Manage and optimize budgets to ensure maximum ROI
Use CRM & automation tools for lead nurturing
Report weekly performance insights & growth opportunities
Stay updated with latest performance marketing and AI automation trends
Required Skills
Minimum
3+ years
of proven experience in paid marketing & lead generation
Expert in
LinkedIn Lead Gen, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Search & Display Ads
Strong understanding of
conversion funnels, retargeting & remarketing
Experience using tools such as
Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot/Zoho CRM
Knowledge of AI tools for ad optimization, audience insights & content creation (ChatGPT, AdCreative.ai, Jasper, etc.)
Strong analytical, reporting & communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B lead generation (IT, SaaS, Digital Services, Agency)
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing
Basic landing page building skills (WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce)
