Paid Ads & Inbound Lead Generation Specialist
who can deliver
consistent lead generation results for both the agency AND its clients

Role Overview:
The specialist will be responsible for
creating, managing, optimizing, and scaling lead generation campaigns
using:
Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX, Retargeting)
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Lead Forms & Conversion Campaigns)
WhatsApp API Broadcasts, Flows & Automation
This role involves handling
multiple client accounts
along with the agency's internal campaigns.
The candidate must be able to deliver
high-quality inbound leads across different industries
, each with different budgets, goals, and strategies.
This is
not a learning role
.

proven results
who can demonstrate past success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation for Agency (Internal Projects)
Plan & manage inbound lead campaigns for the agency's own services.
Optimize funnels for maximum conversion & lowest CPL.
2. Lead Generation for Client Campaigns (Multiple Industries)
Run and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for client businesses.
Manage WhatsApp API inbound and outbound workflows for client funnels.
Create industry-specific strategies based on client needs.
3. Daily/Weekly Tasks
Build and manage Search, Display, PMAX & Retargeting campaigns.
Execute Meta Ads lead forms, instant forms, and landing-page-based campaigns.
Write ad copies, set targeting, optimize creatives, and build retargeting loops.
Set up & track conversions using GA4, GTM, Pixels, Webhooks & API integrations.
Evaluate and improve lead quality through audience refinement & testing.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports.
Experiment with
new lead generation methods
for long-term scalability.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure performance consistency.

Ability to handle
multiple client accounts
simultaneously.
Must provide
proof of past results
(screenshots, reports, dashboards).
Strong understanding of Lead funnels, Audience segmentation, Conversion optimization, A/B testing, Tracking setup (GA4, GTM, Pixels, Events, Webhooks)
Must be able to think creatively and find
new, long-term methods
to generate quality leads.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
