About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives
2. Conducting thorough market research to identify target audiences and industry trends
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing initiatives
4. Creating and launching targeted paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
5. Developing compelling ad creatives and copy to maximize engagement and conversion rates
6. Implementing A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI
7. Monitoring campaign budgets and adjusting bids to achieve cost-effective results
8. Utilizing analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
9. Generating regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
10. Managing and allocating advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives
11. Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates

Other requirements
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
2. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
5. Certification in relevant digital marketing platforms is a plus
