We are looking for a skilled and results-driven

Performance Marketing Specialist/Executive

to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable ROI through online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, create, and optimize paid D2C marketing campaigns across

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

, and other digital channels.

? Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI and conversions.

? Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and marketing objectives.

Key Requirements

Experience:

? 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in

D2C brands

.

? Proven track record in running campaigns on

Google Ads and Meta Ads

.

Educational Qualification:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

Skills:

? Strong knowledge of

D2C marketing strategies

.

? Hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools

.

? Ability to analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights.

? Strong understanding of KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.

? Excellent communication and reporting skills.

? Creative thinking with an ability to optimize ad campaigns effectively.
