Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Appointment and Termination of producers and Agents. Pushing Producer packets through Systems for license inquiries and ACI PMEs, and validating license status. Perform triage and log requests from customers. Performs some research and analysis to resolve discrepancies pertaining to Appointment or Terminations.

• Accurately analyze, research and process all appointments and terminations other transactions within established timeframes.
• Interact with dedicated client resources through e-mails on process related matters
• Ensure that assigned targets in accordance with SLA metrics are met
• Ensure that quality of transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters laid down by SLA metrics
• Provide relevant process reports on a timely basis
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules i.e. per predefined rosters
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

• Any Graduate
