Job Description
Carrying out assessments for children with developmental disabilities and neuro-divergence. Forming brief assessment reports in simple language for parents to understand Counselling the parents about the condition, assessment results, and way forward Collaborate with a team of professionals to form a therapy plan Provide regular parent education and obtain feedback from them Manage timelines and prioritization of workload and know when to ask for direction. Requirements: Proactive in sharing thoughts and ideas, and implementing new methods Open to learning and upskilling Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues. Excellent communication skills Degree/certification in the related field Experience with home therapy planning is a plus Were a super young team, and were fun to work with.
