Job Description

Assessment & Diagnosis: Evaluate movement, posture, and physical function in children with complex needs (neurology, orthopedics, developmental delay). Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized therapy plans using exercises, functional training, specialized equipment, and manual handling. Family & Carer Education: Teach parents and caregivers techniques and home programs to support the child's progress. Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise with doctors, nurses, OTs, social workers, and educators to ensure holistic care. Documentation: Maintain detailed, high-quality clinical records and write reports for care planning and legal purposes. Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload, often in varied settings (clinics, schools, homes). Professional Development: Engage in ongoing learning, audits, and research to maintain specialist skills. Safeguarding: Address safeguarding concerns and act as a lead clinician for complex cases, providing objective information when needed. Core Skills & Knowledge: Specialist knowledge in paediatric conditions (neurology, musculoskeletal, developmental). Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and professionals. Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively. Empathy and sensitivity in discussing diagnoses and sensitive issues. Understanding of safeguarding children policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
