Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Physiotherapist to assess, diagnose, and treat infants and children with developmental, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, and motor coordination challenges. The role involves creating individualized, evidence-based therapy plans, working closely with families, therapists, and educators to optimize functional outcomes and developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for infants, toddlers, and children Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on developmental goals Treat conditions such as cerebral palsy, developmental delay, torticollis, hypotonia, hypertonia, ASD, genetic syndromes, and orthopedic conditions Use play-based, goal-oriented, and neurodevelopmental therapy (NDT) approaches Track progress using standardized outcome measures and milestone charts Educate and train parents on home exercise programs and positioning strategies Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, behavior therapists, pediatricians, and educators Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and care planning Stay updated with current pediatric physiotherapy research and best practices
