Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate

Paediatric Occupational Therapist

to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

3 years of clinical experience

in paediatric occupational therapy and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice. The therapist will work with children presenting with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges, while adhering strictly to the clinic's established protocols and standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for children across various age groups. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment findings and clinic protocols. Provide therapy for children with developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, fine and gross motor challenges, ADL difficulties, and neurodevelopmental conditions. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support the child's functional goals. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies. Monitor progress, review goals, and modify intervention plans as required. Adhere strictly to clinic protocols, ethical guidelines, and professional standards of practice. Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (required).

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred).

Minimum

3 years of experience

working as a paediatric occupational therapist. Valid professional registration/licensure as per local regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of paediatric developmental milestones and evidence-based OT interventions.
Skills & Competencies

Excellent clinical reasoning and assessment skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to following clinic protocols and maintaining high-quality standards of care. Empathy, patience, and a child-centred approach to therapy.
