Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma / Any technical qualification preferred Hands-on experience in PAD printing on plastic, rubber, metal, or other components Knowledge of inks, solvents, cliches, and tampo pads Ability to troubleshoot minor printing issues Good understanding of quality standards

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and set up PAD printing machines as per production requirements Prepare printing plates (cliches), inks, and solvents for accurate color matching Perform trial prints and adjust parameters for quality output Ensure correct alignment, registration, and print consistency Monitor machine performance during production and make minor adjustments Inspect printed parts for defects such as smudging, misalignment, or color variation Maintain daily production records and report output status Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance Follow safety, quality, and company SOPs at all times Coordinate with supervisors and quality team for approvals

Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred Skills:

Experience in automotive or industrial component printing Knowledge of color matching and multi-color PAD printing Basic understanding of machine maintenance
