Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management:

Oversee and manage the entire packaging process, from receiving materials to shipping finished products. Ensure products are packed efficiently and safely, meeting quality standards and customer requirements. Monitor and optimize packaging processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Manage the packaging team, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Quality Control:

Monitor product quality and identify any issues or discrepancies during the packaging process. Ensure all products are properly packaged and labeled according to company standards. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and motivate packing team members, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and safely. Provide training and guidance to team members on proper packaging techniques and procedures. Address any issues or concerns raised by team members in a timely manner.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including batch records, SOPs, and other relevant documentation. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Safety:

Ensure a safe and clean work environment for all team members. Follow all safety protocols and procedures related to packaging operations. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Coordination:

Collaborate with other departments, such as production, quality control, and shipping, to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
