Monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure production targets are met.

Coordinating workflow, setting production schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery of products.

Identifying defects or issues during production and resolving them quickly.

Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance production output.

Managing inventory of raw materials and ensuring resources are available when needed.

Coordinating with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure stock levels are maintained.

Reporting issues to upper management and suggesting improvements in the production process.

Identifying and addressing production bottlenecks, machine breakdowns, or quality control issues. Clear communication with workers, management, and other departments (e.g., warehouse, procurement).

Providing feedback, conducting team briefings, and reporting production issues to senior management.

Ability to use smart phones, gps, google maps and other touch enabled devices

Must be able to read and write in English

Driving license is mandatory for the job and should know how to drive a two wheeler at the least.

Must have their own transport for coming to work

Important Information :

This job has

first month as a training period only, hence no salary for the first month

. Salary starts from second month only. Also

after finishing a probations period of 6 months the company will award one extra bonus salary

along with the normal salary in that month.

Shift Time : 10 Hours Per Day

(Also have an option for extendable time)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
