Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate packing activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, operational procedures, and quality standards. Monitor packing processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance; make adjustments as necessary. Maintain proper handling and storage of packed products to prevent damage. Conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements. Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate records of packing activities and quality checks. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Collaborate with production, logistics, and procurement teams to streamline operations and manage inventory. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company GMP standards. Prepare and maintain reports related to packing performance, including output and efficiency. Document deviations from standard procedures and report them to management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Packing Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of quality control standards and regulatory compliance. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Familiarity with GMP standards and safety guidelines.
