Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
Monitor productivity, quality, and wastage control.
Maintain packing records and documentation.
Train and guide packing staff.
Ensure timely completion of packing targets.
Coordinate with production, QA, and warehouse teams.
Qualification:
B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm
Experience:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in packing/production supervision (pharma/FMCG/manufacturing preferred).
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management
Good communication skills
Knowledge of GMP & SOP
Attention to detail
Problem-solving ability
Salary:
As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
