Responsibilities

Lead and manage the packaging team to ensure efficient and effective operations that meet production schedules and quality standards. Develop and implement packaging processes and procedures that optimize performance and minimize waste. Monitor and analyze packaging operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on packaging strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, conducting regular audits and training sessions. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to suggest and implement enhancements to packaging operations.
Required:

2 years of experience in packaging operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong knowledge of packaging materials, and best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:

10+2/Bachelor's degree or related field. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the packaging industry.
