Job description :
u Online completion of BPR and review.
u Preparation of daily Production Report.
u Timely review of Batch and documents.
u To ensure quality output with optimum utilization of man, material and machinery to achieve production target.
u Responsible for supervision of day to day activities on the shop floor.
u Daily reporting to Production Head about production, machine breakdown & discussion to minimize the same.
u Handling the production and packing related issues.
u Indent of metallic & rubber stereos as per production plan.
u To see the adherence to cGMP requirements in assigned section.
u Coordinates to other departments for dispatches of the goods.
u To organize for proper maintenance of equipment's in assigned section.
u To review and updates the cGMP documents in assigned section.
u To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Production manager or Plant Head.
u To organize for proper disposal of rejected material or waste generated during processing.
u Handling of software Right-code C, SAP, ERP.
u Handling of deviation/incident/change control (QMS).
u Handling of Market complains investigation.
u Preparing of Qualification Protocol (IQ, OQ and PQ).
