? Safety and Compliance:
? Ensure all packing activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
? Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety hazards or concerns immediately.

. ? Inventory and Materials Management:
? Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock to meet production demands
? Coordinate with the procurement team to order materials as needed and manage storage of packing supplies.
? Minimize waste and optimize the use of packing materials through efficient processes and practices.
? Continuous Improvement:
