Job Description

1. Production & Packing Execution

Supervise a team of

20 workers

Ensure packing quality for all products (thermoware, lunch boxes, storage containers, gift sets). Follow

SKU-wise packing standards

, including master carton configurations.

2. Export-Grade Packing

Ensure cartons meet

export specs

: Correct CBM Correct carton strength (3-ply/5-ply) Accurate outer stickers (Product Name, Qty, MRP, HSN, Made in India) Ensure damage-free loading.

3. Stock & Material Management

Maintain daily logs of: Packed quantity Cartons used Shrinkwrap, BOPP tape, inner polybags Inform management proactively when materials are low.

4. Team Leadership

Allocate daily tasks to packers. Train workers on correct packing, barcoding & quality checks. Maintain discipline, efficiency, cleanliness in packing area.

5. Quality Control

Check each packed box before sealing. Ensure correct colour assortment & product matching. Report defects to QC and Production immediately.

6. Coordination with Production & Dispatch

Ensure packing matches production output. Coordinate with Dispatch for shipment schedules. Assist in container stuffing during export shipments.

Skills Required

Minimum

3-5 years

in packing supervision (preferably plastic/houseware industry). Knowledge of

carton sizes

Ability to manage workers and ensure speed + accuracy. Basic computer knowledge (Excel for packing lists). Must know master carton optimisation. Experience with

export packing

is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
