Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Supervise and coordinate the activities of packing line staff during all shifts. Plan daily workflow and assign tasks to meet production schedules. Monitor packing processes to ensure accuracy, speed, and adherence to specifications.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure products are packed according to quality standards, customer requirements, and safety guidelines. Conduct routine inspections of packed goods to verify labeling, packaging integrity, and cleanliness. Enforce compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

Team Management

Train, coach, and mentor packing staff on procedures, equipment use, and best practices. Monitor employee performance; provide feedback and participate in performance evaluations. Manage staffing levels, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coverage.

Equipment & Materials

Oversee the proper use of packing equipment and report any maintenance issues. Manage packaging materials inventory; ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste. Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot equipment or workflow issues.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain logs, reports, and records of daily production, packaging errors, and labor efficiency. Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
