Job Description

Job Title: Packing Supervisor



Location: Manjusar GIDC, Vadodara

Industry: FMCG / Food Manufacturing

Salary - Up to 4 LPA

Responsibilities:


Supervise biscuit packing operations across shifts.
Allocate workers to machines and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor product quality (weight, size, sealing, coding) and maintain ISO/5S records.
Train new workers and enforce hygiene & safety standards.
Minimize wastage and ensure timely shift handovers.

Requirements:


Experience in packing/production supervision, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
