Most required for knowledge of swastik ERP software.
Prepare daily/weekly production and performance reports
Supervise daily operations of the packing department to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and equipment to meet targets.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Stay updated on new packaging technologies and materials.
Handle attendance, shift planning, and overtime scheduling.
Monitor stock levels of packing materials (cartons, labels, shrink wraps, tapes, pallets, etc.)
Maintain accurate records of packaging materials usage and wastage.
Participate in management meetings and contribute to decision-making.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
