Job Description

A Hing Packing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the packaging process of hing products in a manufacturing facility, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily hing packing operations in line with planning and production schedules

2.Train, guide, and evaluate packing operators to ensure quality and efficiency

3. Monitor and maintain inventory of packing materials, ensuring uninterrupted workflow

4. Ensure adherence to quality control standards and that all packed products meet customer specifications

5. Implement and enforce safety protocols throughout the packing department

6.Work collaboratively with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to fulfill timely deliveries.

Qualification and Skills

Diploma or degree in operations management, logistics, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Proven experience in packing supervision, preferably within food processing or manufacturing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,417.06 per month
